This piece is named after my long-time friend from college. We met when we were 18 and I went over to her dorm room to watch an episode of Beverly Hills 90210 that she had recorded on her VCR. We have been besties ever since! This piece is a bit of a deviation for me as it includes my new found love of painting chinoiserie vessels. I just love insinuating all of the details and shadows. It also includes my absolute favorite flower to paint- the hydrangea. All of the shades of blue make it moody while still being happy! XO, Kristi
